We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was polite, helpful, and provided great recommendations for things to do in this city. They spoke English quite well, which made communication easy. The room was cute and cosy, and relatively clean when we received the keys. The amenities provided, such as the hair-dryer, emergency kit, and towels, were all useful. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to two metro stations, including one that goes directly to the airport. It was also close to the city centre, making it easy to explore this beautiful city.
