We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, making us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable, offering a beautiful view of the waters and mountains. The food was absolutely delicious, both at breakfast and dinner. We especially enjoyed the Highland Grill for breakfast, and the fine dining experience in the evening was truly amazing. The hotel's traditional ambiance added to the overall experience, making us feel like we were transported back in time. The location on the shores of the firth provided stunning views across the water to the nearby Black Isle. We also appreciated the clean and well-maintained hotel facilities.
